My wife and I have several vacation homes we own and manage. These homes are all on the water. Some have swimming pools, some have hot tubs. Most have boats available.
Our homes are about 15 miles north of Clearwater Beach, between Tarpon Springs
and New Port Richey.
Our homes have not been damaged at all by the
hurricanes. We have been very fortunate during this hurricane
season. Many areas of Florida have had severe devastation and the
selection of vacation home may be limited as a result. So you should reserve
your vacation home early.

This aerial photo shows the prestigious community of Gulf Harbors where our homes are located.
This beautiful private beach is for members of the beach club and guest in our homes have guest
privileges at the beach club.
There are about 1800 homes in this Gulf side
community with the vast majority of them on the water. Some of the homes are on the golf course, and these are not on the water.
All our homes come fully "equipped". Most of them have the following
