vacation rental home is in a very upscale quiet residential
community where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. It is
very nice inside with a screened in porch with a bar. All linens are supplied. This is a very nice
home. All you need is your tooth brush and your clothes.
The beautiful Port Richey Florida vacation home offers a wonderful vacation with a canal in the back yard. This home is a great place to enjoy Florida and have a great vacation. With a fenced in back yard for enjoying the sun, or a fireplace inside, this home is great year round. This picture shows the living room in this Florida vacation home. As you can see, this house has modern furniture. Is very nice, and has beautiful artwork on the walls. This is a beautiful home that your family will thoroughly enjoy. out onto the family room, and the study, giving the home a great
room feeling. The bar separates the
kitchen from the family room. From the kitchen you can see the
fireplace, and Television. Breakfast and meals can be eaten at the
dining table or on the porch at your option. The kitchen is fully supplied with all eating utensils, dishes, glasses, etc.
Typically, one of the first things that our guest families do is go to the grocery store, which is a short 5 minute drive from the house. This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Click to email me 
The beautiful fireplace faces the kitchen and bar. There is a Television, couch, and bar stools surrounding the fireplace as seen in this picture. This room is ideal for relaxing while on vacation just enjoying the weather and scenery of Florida.  The screened
in room is accessed through sliding glass doors from the family room,
as shown in the picture.
These big sliding glass doors can be opened up to create a big area
for you to enjoy your vacation. With Television, kitchen and
couch on one end, and the screened in porch bar on the other. 
The screened in porch offers great possibilities for fun. There is a bar inside the porch with stools around it. This room is screened in and faces the canal in the back yard. Enjoy the days sitting and relaxing watching the boats drive by the back yard.  The dining
room,
shown in this picture, had a dining room table and chairs made of
beautiful wood furniture.
This room creates a great place for the family to sit down and enjoy
a nice meal together after a day of Florida enjoyment.  The study,
shown in this picture, is attached to the kitchen bar area.
This area creates a peaceful area to get any work done that you may
have. or just an area to relax away from all the excitement of
the surroundings. The comfortable chair in front of a nice wide
desk creates many options. 
The Bathroom shown in this picture is one of two bathrooms in this house. It is attached to the master bedroom. As you can see this
bathroom is modern and bright. It blends nicely with the rest of
the home. BEDROOMS The Master bedroom has a new queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. This vacation home sleeps 6 people, with a blow up airbed available.
All linens are provided with our homes. The cleaning crew
typically cleans the home the day of your arrival, so it is
"spic and span" when you get there. 
Port Richey vacation home With a ceiling fan above the bed, and windows in two corners of the
room, this bedroom is a great place to just relax and enjoy the Florida

This second bedroom offers two single beds in the form of a day bed and
a pull-out
trundle bed.
There is also a television in this bedroom and a ceiling fan. The two windows of the bedroom create a beautiful view while relaxing from the comfort of a soft bed.

own Boat, or Rent One Locally! This is one of our guests in their own boat at the island named Anclote Key State Park . With your boat, or a rented one - you can go out to the beautiful islands that are about 4 miles from shore. During the week these tropical islands are truly paradise and they are virtually "deserted " because the only way to get to the island is by boat. Click to email me  This house is on a
Canal that leads to the Gulf of
Mexico. If you are a
boater, you can rent a boat locally or bring your own. Our dock will
accommodate your boat. There are numerous
"tropical islands" for you to visit and explore by boat and
the fishing is GREAT. We have had 1 guest that has come every
year since 1998 and he says the fishing is getting better every year!
