You can see the ceramic tile on the floors.. This home is fully stocked with all of the amenities that you will need for an enjoyable vacation. The only thing you have to bring to this vacation home is your tooth bursh and your clothes. Click to email me The Florida room has large windows on 3 sides and we have a new day bed with a trundle bed under it. The mattresses are brand new on all of the beds in this home. The Dolphin bedspread is in keeping with the dolphin theme of this completely remodeled home.  Click to email me The Kitchen has been completely remodeled. The new sink is positioned in front of a pass through that looks into the Florida room. The person that is in the kitchen can be a part "of the action" in the Florida room. The tile Floors kelp to keep the home cool in the summer time and are very easy to keep clean and neat for our guests.  Click to email me This is the dining area with the Florida room in the background. This beautiful home is just as nice as the $1500/week homes, only it is smaller and more affordable. The Florida room has large windows that overlook the water where boats are tied to their docks. In the picture you can see the dining area with the glass top table. Just to the left is the kitchen area..... The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you require. Included are all pots and pans, casserole dishes, place setting for 8, toaster, blender, coffee pot, etc... This is a new bed with a very nice mattress. The ceiling fan provides a cool breeze along with the air conditioning, so you can enjoy a restful nights sleep after a day in the sun. . Click to email me The Second Bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are now "Dolphin / Tropical Fish" bedspreads on these beds that contribute to the "Dolphin theme" of the house. This home sleeps a total of 6. Master Bedroom has king size bed. Second Bedroom has 2 single beds. Florida Room has a Day bed with a trundle bed that slides underneath for storage. There is also a toddler (baby) bed. Click to email me   The view from the Screened in Porch overlooks the new HEATED swimming pool. This is the perfect place to spend the afternoon watching the kids play in the pool. We're fond of having our morning coffee there and watching the water, and an evening meal or cocktail at the end of the day. We keep the heated swimming pools at a warm 80 degrees in the cooler months.   Click to email me Great Fishing   The gentleman on the left caught these 2 HUGH Speckled Sea Trout (Specks) within 1/2 mile of the Little Mermaid vacation home.  You can bring your boat or use ours.     The fellow on the right is Rich Knox, one of the premier fishing guides on this coast of Florida.   Click to email me This ariel photo shows the Gulf Harbors Beach Community and the Private Beach Club  for members and guests of the beach club. There are about 1800 homes in this Gulf side community with the vast majority of them on the water. Some of the homes are on the golf course, and these are not on the water. This Florida vacation rental home will help make your vacation a great family experience!  Click to email me This is the Gulf Harbors Beach Club.  It is a private beach with  cabanas, BBQ grills and picnic tables.   This is MUCH NICER than anything at Clearwater beach.  When you go to Clearwater beach, there are NO picnic tables, NO BBQs. Here is the procedure that we go through Select which of our homes your like. Check availability and pricing on our calendar. email me your choices of homes and the dates. Subject of your contract should be PLEASE SEND ME A CONTRACT. Click to email me When I get home in the evening, I will e-mail you a contract for the home and the time period you are interested in. Print out the contract. If you have any question, you can either call me or e-mail me with your questions. Be sure to fill in your name and address on the contract legibly as this is the address that I send the breakage deposit back to after you leave. Sign the Contract and Mail me contract and check. mail it to       Dan Fickes                     5230 Tilson Dr.                     New Port Richey, FL  34652 I operate on a first come, first serve basis. So you may want to overnight this contract back to me. If it is a "last minute" reservation, you may want to use www.paypal.com to send me the payment, and put the contract in the regular mail. For those of you who do not know, paypal is the service that eBAY uses for its auctions. It has been around for about 10 years and is very dependable and has millions of customers..  If you use paypal, they charge an extra 3% for processing the payment, so you must add the 3% to the amount you send me so I will receive the full amount. Directions to several other beaches in the area including Sunset Beach Howard Park Beach Anclote River Beach and boat launch Honeymoon Island State Park/beach Directions to the closest swimming pool Directions to the closest Supermarket about 1 mile away The combination to the lockbox and instructions on getting the door key and letting yourself into the vacation home. There is no need for you and I to meet before you let yourself in.
